The true nature of the tragedy eventually unfolded and transformed discussion on the message board from desperate inquiry to information on a wide range of issues related to the disaster and the firms recovery. Contributions to the board were also made by past and present employees, clients, friends and family of those lost and strangers, all offering their love, concern and support. Given the large volume of information on the message board and the privileged and private nature of much of it, we've presented here a small but representative sample.
