There was nothing more important to Jimmy than his family.
He loved them and they loved him for his goodness, kindness,
warmth and respect. Born on February 5, 1959, he perished
along with many thousands for no reason, and we miss him terribly.
Jimmy will live in our hearts forever, and we pray that God
is with him and will look after him.

Jimmy was one of the most charming people you
could possibly meet. He was the first person to notice your
hair cut, new clothing or even your mood.
Jimmy loved to compliment people. He also liked
to do things his own particular way, and this led to many
lively conversations that inevitably ended up in laughter.
It seems like every day we would laugh 'til
it hurt. It took a lot of effort to stay mad at James Maounis.
He was a lovable character in a living sit-com.
Jimmy was clear about what was really important.
Few people talked of their families in such glowing terms
as Jim did. Nothing was more important than his family.
