Young, Pleasant, Strong, Ambitious

These are just a few words that described the person I came to know as Crossley Williams, Jr.

Crossley always had carried a pleasant and strong face. Even if he looked distressed for a minute, his face could quickly change to one full of laughter and joy.

First thing in the morning he would greet me with a bright smile or a friendly pat on the back, and every day at lunch we would share each other's troubles, concerns and stories. He always motivated me to do my best as he strived to reach his best. His determination to excel was a defining part of his character that made him one of the most special people I've ever had the pleasure to be acquainted with.

Crossley, your strength will continue to be my guide, and I will hold it precious and dear.
